Red face Please Critique my Diet, Lean Bulk.

Reps to anyone who will give me some good honest advice. Ok, summer is winding down, i lost some weight, abs still don't show through but there is good defenition in the oblique and seratus. the abs arent a big deal. I'm just gonna wait til next spring break to go on a stricter cutting phase. Im mesomorph and 6'2 at 215 lbs. I got a good budget diet off the FLEX site since im a college student and dont have much money. I made a few changes but from I believe it's a good lean bulk program to go on . I'd just like some other opinions. Do you think I will gain to much body fat? or will this keep me fairly lean?

Meal 1- 5 whole eggs, 1 cups of oatmeal
Meal 2- 1 quart of skim, 1/2 cup of walnuts, and 1 cup of oatmeal
Meal 3- 1 Can of Tuna, 1 cup of rice.
(Pre Work Out)- Gainer 1/2 serving with 1 scoop of whey.
(Post workout)- Gainer full serving
Meal 4- 2 Turkey Burgers, 1 Cup of Rice, and 8oz of spinach
Meal 5- 1 scoop of casein, 1 scoop of whey, 1/4 cup of walnuts, and 1 cup of skim--------------------------------------------------------------------------
It comes out to being about 4000 calories and roughly 300g's of protein, and 300 g's of carbs
I have a 5 Day split, and do 20 mins of cardio (15.0 Incline) (3.5 mph) on the treadmill after each workout. On the the 2 days dont work out i will not consume the pre and pot gainr which makes those days about 100 g' of carbs less.

Now is there any suggestions, opinions, advice??

the only suggestion I might have would be at your bedtime meal take out that glass of skim milk and the whey protein and eat 1 cup of cottage cheese in its place. It will give you more casein protein, its a whole food, and will feed your body longer over the course of the night than the whey and milk

that come down to 4000 cal and 300g of protein??? do your weight gainer make up for most of it or something???

...by any means...necessary.

Consider bringing in fruits and vegetables. A cup of spinach PPWO is helpful, but IMO you need more. You can sub out the grains in meal 2 or 3 with a large piece of fruit and a large bowl of vegetables, and it would only help to have another serving of vegetables with meal 5. Your body could use the additional greens when you up your calorie intake.

cool beans

yeah, this is a outline, if i got strawberries or bananas or any kind of fruit on hand (no homo), best believe im gonna throw it in there, and veggies. that diet is what best fit me cause im on a tight student budget, so u know, if brown rice, oatmeal, milk, sweet potatoes, tuna, meat, spinach is all i can afford then im just gonna have to go by that. and yes i do use a multi, Animalpak. as for the gainer, no it doesnt make up the whole thing, out of the 4000 cals its 1000. and its a good gainer all the carbs in it are complex and come from Malto, Barley Flour, Oat Bran, and Oat Fiber. I looked thorugh like 100 gainers to find one that didnt have fructose.

Looks pretty good if you put some cottage cheese in there before bed. If you can't then I think you will be able to make due with what you have. Money is always an issue when your a student, so no big deal.

I got

250 protein
360 carbs
60 F

Not bad. It takes figuring out your body. i'd up protein by 100 and adjust carbs as needed. Also I'd add in more veggies. and in place of the weight gainer I'd just eat some fruits and protein. Not bad though, keep learning .

maybe once per week or a couple times at the most. Otherwise it'll all go to fat. Quality over quantity.
