Hi all. I'm new here. Curious about eggs because I just fried up 2 whole eggs.
Is it best to go with whites? What advantages are there to the yolks?
From my limited recollection, is it true that the yolks lend to high cholesterol?
Also, natural (real) eggs or egg substitute?
I'm looking for weight loss at the moment, but more importantly, overall good health.
