So most of my shakes look sometime like this:
100g of oats
125g of pineapple
80g frozen berries
4 whole eggs
water or orange juice
Quite often usually in the mornings after a shake i'll feel like dodgy, a bit fuzzy and light headed. Anyone got any ideas ?
