can't find nutrition info for for flounder fillets

I have 1.47 lbs of flounder in 3 fillets, I'd like to know how many calories/protein i'd be getting per fillet, but can't find any data for plain flounder, can anyone else?

Flounder is an awesome fish. Tilapia is also very good. It has a similar profile to flounder, but it's a meatier fish!
