The 'refeed' by CKD master BOTCH

First, big ups to BOTCH. Dude is seriously a friggin CKD encyclopedia. He has been awesome for helping me out, and he also sent me this protocol. Hopefully he doesn't mind me sharing it, it's too golden not to.

He didn't write this, but he knows everything about CKD!

    Substage C: Meals 9-12

You do realize that's just a copy of the Recomp section in Bodyopus with some of the sentences shortened, right?

LOL yes. The only reason I mentioned botch is because he is the man to turn to with questions. I didn't mean to say that he authored it.

That wasn't necessary(to do for me, at least), but credit should be given to the author when their ideas are represented almost identically as they are here.

Plus, Bodyopus is a great book, as is Lyle McDonald's The Ketogenic Diet and The Ultimate Diet 2.0. Anyone looking into CKD's would benefit from picking up any of these books.

All of them are great, but the two by Lyle are a bit more "up to date". I have all three of them. The Ketogenic Diet goes into great detail about the basics and training, along with the two modified KD's, and UD2.0 is much shorter but still very interesting and the diet/training protocol has great feedback. Dan's Bodyopus has a lot of good stuff and is more fun to read, but according to Lyle, it's a bit dated.

Another interesting resource, which is also quite dated BTW, are Lyle's Bodyopus diaries following him through his trial of Bodyopus with the guidance of Duchaine.
