    Inspired by boro's meal log... Mine will be beginning shortly..

    My next meal is scheduled for 1:00.. pics as soon as I can!

    I usually grab a pic with my cell phone, email it to my self then upload it to photobucket. Takes about 15 seconds total.

    Ok, I know I've got a cable that I should be able to hook up..
    Sorry guys.. Next meal is at 4 though for what it's worth.. and,
    this last meal consisted of...

    5oz chicken breasts pan sauteed
    cup of green beans sauteed
    tbsp Mary's creamy caeser
    .75 tbs olive oil
    grated parmesan cheese
    half a slice of wheat bread to sop up the left-over juice

    mixed it all together on a plate.. was ohh soo delicious

    3 oz chicken breast
    4 thin slices of deli sliced ham
    1 x-large egg
    1 slice fat free american cheese
    letuce + 1tbsp marie's creamy italian garlic dressing

    Calorie totals: not calculated... nowadays, I don't really do this too often. Oh, did I mention I'm cutting? Vegetables and fruit are a God-send!

    hahaha! I've been killing chipotle on my saturday re-feeds.. I had a steak/pork burrito, + 3 soft tacos, in a sitting last sat..

  34. I love Chipotle.....one very disgusting time I had 3 Steak Burritos, with the rice, grilled veggies, 3 salsas, cheese, sour cream, guac, and lettuce....I wonder how many calories that was.
