    1 hot turkey sausage link
    No sugar hot sauce
    3 slices whole wheat toast w/ ff spray butter

    and I slipped a nectarine in after as well.. MMMmm

  4. 2nd to last meal of the day:

    08/26

    1 large brown egg
    1/2 cup 2% cheese mozzarella
    3 slices turkey
    spinach
    1 tbsp marie's creamy caeser

    Approx 400 cals and very little carbs.

  5. Breakfast!

    Turkey Sausage
    2 pieces ww toast w/ spray butter
    2 Jumbo brown eggs
    1 Nectarine

    Ground beef
    1 tbsp Caesar

    hahaha! I've been killing chipotle on my saturday re-feeds.. I had a steak/pork burrito, + 3 soft tacos, in a sitting last sat..

  10. I love Chipotle.....one very disgusting time I had 3 Steak Burritos, with the rice, grilled veggies, 3 salsas, cheese, sour cream, guac, and lettuce....I wonder how many calories that was.
