Definite 11. The Krebs Cycle Intermediates definitely help with energy. When I first started with my MVP/ZMK stack I had an insane amount of energy. I think it was more do to the ZMK because I don't supplement with minerals that much but the effect was more than noticeable.

I loved the stack, but it is so expensive I can't afford it as a staple.

I take 2 MVP daily and 3 Orange Triad daily. It helps with the cost.
