Kwik Karbs

I got some Kwik Karbs and neovar recomp and I think its a great stack. Great energy and recovery!
But I am starting to cut up and now have started a Keto diet where I am only taking in 100grms of carbs 5 days out of the week. Should I continue to use them during a cut, or should I strictly keep it for bulking?

Also I have been confused on the amount of kwik karbs to use. I have previously used a scoop from all the whey and weighed it on a digital scale, which i think comes out to be around 30-35 grams of the kwick karb powder. Does this mean it is 30-35 grams of carbs?? Is this carbs in powder form gram for gram? any help on dosage and proper measurement would be appreciated.

thanks

Try restricting your intake to during and post workout, and it shouldn't affect your cut much if at all.

It's pretty dense. 40g of WMS yields just over 38g of carbs.
For dosing, check out No Scooper in Nutraplant Bulk supplements? and some searching.

Roughly 1/2g per CC/mL. Use your digital scale, and I'd say try 25g pre and post-WO and see how that goes for you.

if you are truely doing a keto diet cut, i would cut out the kwik karb entirely. keeping less than 100g of carbs/day is extremly difficult even without the kwik karb.
save the kk for a mantienance or bulk phase.
for the cut i would recommend switching over to sipping bcaa pre & during your workouts instead to get the most out of your keto diet.

I would use the carbs right after my workout in a shake. The only other time you should be eating carbs is first thing in the morning. Something like oatmeal would be a great choice.

Got to love the porridge suggestion. Been doing it for years. Best breakfast ever, with some berries + cinnamon. Don't forget to use steelcut oats if you have time!
