| Registered User | Kwik Karbs I got some Kwik Karbs and neovar recomp and I think its a great stack. Great energy and recovery! But I am starting to cut up and now have started a Keto diet where I am only taking in 100grms of carbs 5 days out of the week. Should I continue to use them during a cut, or should I strictly keep it for bulking? Also I have been confused on the amount of kwik karbs to use. I have previously used a scoop from all the whey and weighed it on a digital scale, which i think comes out to be around 30-35 grams of the kwick karb powder. Does this mean it is 30-35 grams of carbs?? Is this carbs in powder form gram for gram? any help on dosage and proper measurement would be appreciated. thanks |

| Board Supporter | I would use the carbs right after my workout in a shake. The only other time you should be eating carbs is first thing in the morning. Something like oatmeal would be a great choice. |
