| Banned | I'm currently using 1-AD and might stack it with Nor-4-AD, but would this help PWO recovery while mixed with my PWO shake? |

| Registered User | Ive had both, and prefer carbslam WAYY more. Its more flavorless and chalky, while kwick karb tastes a lot like flour, which is nasty to drink. I think carbslam may have worked a little better also. "Obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated" Goal:200lbs. BAF4life |

I had a tub of KK, and just started using CS and it seems much less "pungent", and chalky. Almost like the CS is ground finer.. I can't really explain it, but it is far more pleasant to drink. And the price difference per pound is not really all that big. | |
