To answer some question before they start rolling in......

We've recently been using a company that has refined the process of manufacturing and capping the raws for DCP. As a result of this more efficient and effective process, we were able to go back to using smaller cap sizes. So don't be alarmed if you see either a differnet bottle or cap sizing.

I know this has made crader happy haha.

I would start at 7-8 per day. 2 morning, 3 preworkout, 2 evening and 1 (optional) right before bed.

More and more I am finding that this single pre-bed capsule makes a huge difference.

I haven't quite figured out why the prebed cap works so well.

I think its because the body burns fat more efficiently at resting or submaximal levels, because there is less reliance on phosphagen or glycolytic energy systems. Also because there is only about 34% efficiency in the body for ATP production through oxidative metabolism the rest is released as heat. This should explain why people feel the warmth from taking this. Just in case anyone was wondering

That dosage should be fine for your bodyweight. However, i would start out with the standard dosing(6-caps/day) and then go from there. Try dosing 2,1-2,3,1 once you've been on it for a while to get a feel for it. The additional dosing pre-work has been noted to give a really nice endurance boost effect.
