Student Loans

Grad Gold is an online rewards service that helps graduates and others to easily earn money from their online shopping, to be used for paying off student debt.

I'm on the verge of 8 years of school, student loads out the ying yang. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD NUTRA!!!!

Lol I am going to read up on the site, not to familiar with it at the moment though. Sounds like a cool premise though.

Where does the cash back come from? It doesn't explain on the site how that works (or am I missing it?).

Cashback websites act as referers and use the promise of cash back or other types of credit as incentives. In a sense they advertise your site and get a commission on the sales they bring. This means the Sam and NP would have to raise prices 20%. They give the website 10% commission on each sale they refer. Additional they may give an extra 10% to the customer. But more times than not the refer gives a portion of thier commission as a discount to the customer. So they get 10% but offer the customer a 7% and still pocket 3%. So perhaps Sam would only have to raise prices by 10%. I probably rather just get a gold membership instead.

Thats what I figured as far as advertising being the incentive for Sam to consider it (or any other company). I can't speak for Sam, but the target audience for Nutraplanet as far as individuals paying off student loans has to be a severe minority that the raise in prices would do more harm than good.
