BSN has great products that work IMO.
but they are expensive and almost never on sale.

I just received my order... The samples that I got are, Syntha-6 (1 Van, 1 Choc, 1 Cookies, 1 Banana) and a pretty sweet, The League shirt.
 
Holy damn, the BSN shirts are awesome (and like 25 bucks retail!) Thats even better than I thought. I may have to jump on this and get some syntha before I can actually use it!
 
Hey, you have to use it, to push it! LOL!
The shirt is high quality and will be worn at the gym. Although, the sleeves are coming off.

lol I have used syntha before but CKD prohibits it now (also I love me my cottage cheese and pb.) I do use it on occasion though for ease/taste.
 
i got the same free items in my order as iron lungz.
some syntha samples + The League t-shirt.
actually it is a very cool shirt!
