I would recommend capping it. As for daily dosing, I would say not more than 1g/day, split into 2-3 doses. I would recommend 3x300mg or 2x450.

And capping it is the most convenient and easy way, if you have access to a capping kit. As a warning, 400mg*50 caps doesn't fill them fully, so don't forget to use a filler like whey, flour, etc.

Most people use the 00 size, which fits 1/4tsp per cap. NP has a combo deal http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/n...ng-kit-00.html
For the capping kit, 1000 caps and a scale. If you however already have a scale, just get the capsules and kit.

yeah, this is one powder that doesn't mix well in liquid.

    capping is best.

or you can try redneck dosing - (hank's preferred cheap-ass method)
throw a scoop of powder as far back in your mouth as possible....try to get as little on your tongue as possible to minimize taste.
do not enhale during this process othewise you will blow powder and end up coughing for several minutes.
immediatly chase with liquid (water works fine). don't be afraid to use too much liquid.
