Kwick Karb Serving Size and Nutritional Information Panel

I just got my first tub of Kwick Karb from Nutraplanet. Really I don't know what I should do as far as a serving size. I usually use Primaforce, but I wanted to save money and support my favorite e-tailor. Usually I get my tub of whatever I purchased and put it into my paid version of Fitday straight away. With this tub of Kwick Karb I seem to be having an extended brain fart.....

It is supposed to be around 98% carbs, and serving size depends on how much you want to dose.

Density is AROUND 1/2 (meaning 1/2 gram per cc), so taking a typical protein scooper of 60cc will yield around 30grams of WMS.

Ok so how many grams of carbs in 30grams of waxy maize?. Also how many calories?.

Your going to get 29g's about which at 4kcals a gram = 116 calories
