Most if not all studies used injections to gauge GABOB's effectiveness at boosting GH. Not at all sure about wether it is effective orally. Perhaps there are others more knowledgable than I about GABOB who would care to add/correct anything i have posted??

I think you are exactly right. Only way I ever saw it sold was as a "sterile oral" if ya know what I mean.

A previous board sponsor used this ingredient in a transdermal carrier. Some on the boards thought that it was very effective.

And people also say that oral GABA is not effective, but oral GABA is effective... So we'll see.
