Bulk Fish Oil out of Stock

When will this be back in stock?. I used to be able to check out even if something was not in stock, now it won't let me check out....It would be better if I was able to check out even if the product was not in stock. Makes sense so you can get the discount while the sale is still on even if you have to wait for you products to be in shop before they ship, at least you saved the money and took advantage of the sale....
