Cap Em Quick

So i just got my Cap Em Quick in the mail today and this thing is hard as hell to use. Everytime i try and use the tamper it seems like it is only packing the top and bottom row leaving the middle unpacked. Whats goin on here? Thanks all
 
Hold the tamper with your fingers on the outside, then push the middle with your thumbs.

Honestly it just takes practice and developing a "feel" for it.
 
ok thanks. also, the product i was capping was yellow gold and after i weighed my filled caps, i got an average weight of 750mg per cap. Is it safe to take yg at that dosage or should i just start over?

Sorry...not sure about the dosage on that.
