i know i know you guys will say search but i have and i cant get any good info on dosing these these items.im 210lbs the cissus is the 50% from nutra. also do i need to add muira puama to get the same effect as powerfull or what. ive used the reg cissus and reg bulk powerfull before but ive heard that i can use less of the new cissus due to its refined state.
