Yet another customer service testimonial

Just to make clear what I think of Nutraplanet, I will say that, after *****ing about the sale, I went ahead and placed an order for Anabolic Pump after reading some of the feedback. I'm not expecting much from it, but I figured I would at least give it a shot. It's on backorder, so my order wasn't shipped immediately, like it usually is (my orders usually ship out within an hour or so of being placed.)

Of course, the next day, I decided I needed some Generamine (???) caps too, so I emailed NP customer service to see if I could add that to my order. I got a response in about 15 minutes, and it wasn't a problem at all.

Today (Saturday), I decided I needed some EAA's too, so I emailed AGAIN asking to tack on that to my order (and asking for the coupon code for $3.00 to be applied since the EAA's made my order over $100.00). I hoped to hear something out by Monday.

I just checked my e-mail, and my order was already updated, AND they applied the coupon code for me. Needless to say, this was A+++++++ customer service, and is greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to make it clear that I wasn't dumping on Nutraplanet, that I have been a long-term customer, and they have just about the best customer service of ANY type of business, not just supplement retailers.

That is great to hear! Real good customer service unfortunately is common anymore. I appreciate the companies that do have it.

I agree wholeheartedly! It makes all the difference, and NP figured that out from the get-go. It seems to be their niche (besides the low prices.)
