Making Havoc into transdermal spray?

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about mixing Havoc into a transdermal delivery system? If you can, if anyone has, if it might be effective?

I believe anything that has a higher MW of 300-350 is just a waste of time. basically anything other then a base is too large to push through the skin.
