glad to see I'm not the only one...

DHL just so happened to conveniently lose a HUGE order we were needing ASAP to fulfill backorders. This is the third major shipment that has been delayed! Hopefully they will quickly find the package(s) and manage to get it to us without losing it again!

...I think I'll go out and start a reality show for The PLANET.
