No Scooper in Nutraplant Bulk supplements?

    Question No Scooper in Nutraplant Bulk supplements?


    So I see it says half teaspoon on my containers.

    but there are no scoopers is this how all orders are?

    I bought the leucine and waxy maise starch.

    how do I know the dosing it just says half teaspon 600mg?

    so that is one serving?

    sorry I am confused.


  2. Dosing is almost always dependent on the user. Do some research to figure out typical doses. The labels speak nothing of dosing protocols...that's not really NP's responsibility. If NP were to supply scoopers with each bulk powder they carry, they would have to stock a bajillion different size scoops. It's just as easy to use measuring utensils from your kitchen.

    In your case:

    Leucine will be in the range of a few grams per dose. But if you know what Leucine is, you should be able to figure out how much you want to supplement with at each dose.

    And if you know what Waxy Maize is (a carb), you should figure out how much you want to use in your post w/o shakes. ie if you want 40g of carbs in your shake then calculate how many tablespoons equate to 40 grams of Waxy Maize.

  5. I have confiscated all the 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon measuring spoons in the kitchen. I also have a pocket scale for powders that I want to make sure on the accuracy.

    Do you carry tweezers, razor blades, and small ziploc baggies as well?

    I know what leucine is and waxy but never used them before this is my first time.

    any suggestion for a guy who weighs 145 pounds? what is a good dosage?

    I think I will put 2 teaspoons of leucine in my post workout shakes and in my shakes on off days is that good?

    also the waxy maize could I use my old scooper from my finished syntha 6? I plan on using that only for postworkout shakes.

    and maybe 1-2 teaspoon in my BCAA/gatorade during workout drink?

    tweezers-for picking my nose (need pinpoint accuracy)
    razor blades-for shaving the hair off my ears (after they've grown to the specified lengths)
    small ziploc baggies-for saving the little critters I make with the boogers and ear hairs

    Just a heads up on the leucine for post workout shakes. It's not going to mix up with your shake, but rather clump up causing for some nastiness imo. I typically just put it on my tongue and chase it down post workout.

    I'd add Leucine in 5 gram increments. Or whatever rounds out to the nearest teaspoon.

    For the Waxy Maize, you will have to play with your doses. It will depend on how many carbs you like to have post workout and how many carbs you are fitting into your diet. Start at one to one and a half scoops (use the 70 cc scoop from protein powders) and see how you like it after a few weeks then adjust accordingly.

    Or you can add the water ahead of time and shake it a lot then let it dissolve over time. Or you can just down it real quickly to force it out of the shaker.

    I don't shake my shake I blend it with a high power blender.

    maybe that helps?

  13. IMHO, i think it'd be great if NP sold measuring spoons.

    It took me some hunting around before I found some.

  14. hahaah measuring spoons are the cheapest and most convenient thing to have. I Suggest everyone go and buy some. At Target they even have colored ones for you LD people
