Ok..last time I attempt something like this..I promise. :)

Anyway, as long promised, the bulk glucosamine finally arrived. Keep that leptin signal strong, and keep those nutrients partitioning to muscle...not to mention it stacks GREAT with the Cissus caps/powder for joint health.
 
How would you go about dosing this?

I would take 1-2 grams, 3 times a day between meals to increase leptin signaling.

This will be especially effective while under massive calorie restriction.

For joint support, around 3-4.5 grams a day.

In summary, the current study demonstrates for the first
time in human adipose tissue that 1) there is a significant
positive correlation among BMI, serum leptin, and adipose
tissue UDP-N-acetylglucosamine; 2) UDP-N-actylglucosamine
synthesis increases leptin release; and 3) inhibition of hexosamine
biosynthesis reduces leptin production. These findings
provide evidence that UDP-N-acetylglucosamine acts as an intracellular
signal that regulates leptin synthesis and release in
human adipocytes.
