Not anymore. We used to but paypal reserves the right to do nasty things to your bank account if they find you have any dealings at all with anything remotely hormonal.

maybe you can make a transfer to a buddy and tell them to buy you NP gift certificates

Psst... get a paypal debit card. You can then debit money from your pp account.
