I started using mine almost the day I got it. I had been doing regular XF at 1g/ED and then finished up that bottle at 1.5g/ED and moved on to my bulk cotainer at the same dosing.
.5g PREWO, .25 PWO Meal, .25 Meal 3, .25 Meal 4, .25 Meal 6
First the flavoring issue, From my experiance no flavoring is needed. I just take a 7.5cc scoop (out of a tub of Synthsize beta) before eacvh meal and chase with a little water. After a few days I actually grew to like the taste, kind of sweet and savory at the same time

Next, as far as results go, while not all variables were controlled for I find that 1.5g of bulk is slightly better than 1g of XF but not as good as 1.5g of XF. So...
1g XF< 1.5g Bulk< 1.5g XF
I also found that for me a lower carb higher fat diet gave me better (or atleast more noticeable results). I have a hard time qualifing exactly what affects a supplement has or results it helped me achieve, espically with XF. I alway felt I dont responde very well to AA but I alwasy end up doing it again.
Ironically, Today will be my last day of AA (Day 66). I was planning on doing 70 days but I am flying home tommorrow and one less thing to tkae it one less thing to take, and I want to et back into some heavy Sesamin and FO dosing.
