If memory serves me correctly, front load with 2 a day for 5 days, then 1 day for the rest of the time.

Correct, is what you generally suggest. You may try alterative methods such as 3 every third day (I am doing this currently).

Yep, what the others have said, you can try different dosages, I just started using it again and I'm dosing one in the morning and night.

Is the proper dosing 1 AM and 1 PM, (with or without food?), or should you take them both at once?

Also, starting Gut Health the same time that one starts a NHA cycle should not cause any unwanted interaction, should it?

They are enteric coated, but I usually take both caps on an empty stomach before bed.

Some find that during the loading phase, quit a bit of built up "stench" is released, then abates. I find that if I take my loading phase late at night, my morning BM eliminated the stench for the day.

After the 5 day loading period, you will notice everything running VERY smoothly, and the majority of the benefits will become very apparent.

What do you mean by "built up stench"? Are you saying the loading phase will cause you will have a lot of noxious gas/BMs or are you saying you will literally have a stench from down there throughout the day?

Also, when you say "everything running VERY smoothly" are you saying you will have loose stools or are you saying you shouldn't have as much gas as you did in the loading phase?

nahh it's kinda like protein when you first started taking it.. you get gas.. the gas is just your body getting used to it.. no problems. A+ product..

Most peoples' guts are populated by some nasty bacteria that cause inefficient digestion/nutrient absorption/bloating/farting. When you begin taking GUT health, the KE-99 displaces those bacteria and begins reproducing on your intestinal lining, conveying all the positive benefits of the product.
