    I'm debating on whether or not to start it now that I've started bulking. I've already got it here, but I'm trying to think of a potent stack to put together along with my SyntheSIZE/CrMono to put on some size.

    SyntheSIZE, WMS, BCAAs,Beta Alanine, BXF, Bulk Ecdy, DCP (to stay lean)?

    What kind of dosages would you suggest? I happen to have all of that on hand ATM.

    Follow directions on SyntheSIZE
    50g pre and post training on WMS
    1g daily of ecdy split into 4 doses
    4-6g of BA
    10g/day of BXF
    6 DCP

    While bulking, I don't really think that BCAAs are necessary. Adding leucine to your post-WO shake is a good idea, however.

    Rodja's got you covered...though I disagree about the BCAA during workout and during the night (if you should happen to wake up to pee).

    Ok, during training is a good idea. 10g along with your WMS should cover it.

    Aight thanks fellas. I might have to throw some SuperCARB in there some place as well. I finally cracked into my beta recently and it's been convenient if I don't feel like shoving more whole food carbs down.
