Havoc comming back at 29.99?

I heard about the PH/DEA/Research Best fiasco i assume thats why the PH's went on clearance, but is anymore havoc comming back at 29.99? I had to get a bottle from some other site for 40 .

I believe Epistane is just sold out at NP at the moment. There is no fall out with IBE and AM, as far as I know the explanation from the board owner was :

Drk its only 3 bucks, then 5+ for shipping. buy where you want to buy man if price is a major concern, but you will get the best customer service by NP. that is for sure.
