OK I've got 150 grams of this along with WMS on the way. I am trying to figure out the correct dose and how many times per day. Do I take it just pre workout?
i think the dosage range from 300-500 mg but please search to be sure, the best time to take is 15-20 mins before a high carb meal, you will feel hypo so u know u have to eat, ideally before breakfast, prework out meal and post workout meal.
dont just take it prework out, you have to injest sufficent amount of carbs within 20 mins of it.

yep man RPM is kick ass and with YG +WMS u should have incredible pumps which will increase with time. NP sure has kick ass prices but more than that its the customer service!
i always take 500 mgs..capped(000)..WITH food 3X a day

whats the max dosage?
can you take like 800mg at one dose? I weight roughly 220 pounds
if ur having a large carb meal 800mg is fine, i used to dose that high sometimes
