When you order from NP, they send you an email
1) when you place the order
2) when they receive funds to say you've paid
3) when they ship the order
You can reply to ANY of those emails, and thier friendly staff tends to be more than cooperative. I know they've been very helpful for me in the past.
Nutraplanet has a very outstanding reputation with customer service. Perhaps you should try asserting yourself and contacting the people who can actually help you with your delima instead publicly knocking them on a message board.
