I tried to mix 15 grams of BCAA's with 12 oz of crystal light in a cup and the powder floated to the top of the cup. I then put that into the blender and ran it for a minute. It just doesn't seem to want to mix. I eventually just downed it with gulps of powder. Nasty! I took another 10 grams the same way post w/o. I could just cap em, but I don't want to cap 25 grams of this every day I workout. Is there a better way to mix this stuff?
