DO WORK!
Products that have been working for me
While I am no Grexx, I am considered a decent athlete in my chosen sport. I am all about recovery and having enough energy to fuel heavy ass workouts, and so most of the products I use serve this purpose.
My main supplements for strength and recovery are:
WMS
Omega One (by Omega labs)
Creatine Monohydrate
GF Pro
Beta-alanine
Mass FX
Hyperdrol
I mix the WMS and creatine together pre-workout, and take my beta alanine pills at the same time. I mix the WMS, creatine, one, and GF Pro together post-workout (take beta alanine pills at same time). I use CytoSports whey protein through out the day. I take the mass fx and hyperdrol spread throughout the day (4 doses of each). My scheme isn't as elaborate as Grexx's but I would forget to take half my stuff if I was (I get abscent minded sometimes).
I will throw GMS into my pre and post shakes every once in a while, I do it more often the closer I get to meets.

lol, geez. if you are considered decent I don't want anyone evaluating me. does this mean you take the BA all at once, and if so, how much do u take?

I think he's saying he takes the bA pre and post workout, but I was going to ask about the dosage amount also.

yea, after re-reading it seems like you are right, thanks for pointing that out. looking forward to reading more of this as I bought BA and hyperdrol both for use in PCT and am considering the kwik karb as well.
as an aside, if anyone wants to see how some NP products work for someone not quite nickw or grexx status, i put up some feedback in the review section
carry on

muscle mass
I am a monk and do not have access to any weight liftingi equipment.
I have read a lot about 'the cream' and 'the clear.'
what is the best way to gain some muscle mass in lieu of the above?
I am 65 and little or no muscle mass left. I also have a bad back from my time in 'Nam plus some pinched nerves.
I've tried some exercises without any equipment to help build up the core muscle groups but no effect.
