Hmmmm. I always thought that meant it just had a little longer lead time, 2-4 days as opposed to the standard 1-2. I thought the out of stock items had the "item not available" listing, and no option to add to cart. For what its worth I have ordered the items that state they ship in 2-4 days and are red in the cart several times. I usually get them about the same time, maybe a day later, although they commonly ship from a separate warehouse than the other items. Maybe someone from Nutra could clarify.
