ALA caps

I searched around some here and had trouble finding anything definitive, but I was just curious what dose people recommend for the regular ALA caps? And also, for just controlling blood sugar/trying to control any possible fat gain, would you prefer ALA or berberine? Thanks

Between the two? berberine.

For ALA, I would take around 300mg ALA per 75 grams of carbs.
