Ok, i got mine in the mail. So if I take a scooper out of my protein jug which is wall the whey and the scoop out of there on the bottle says 30g's, is it safe to assume thats how many g's im scooping out of the starch container?
 
Different molecular wgt and density would not make it all that accurate. Your best bet is to take the scoop, measure out some WMS and weight on a food scale or digital scale. That our some one can post a rough amount of TBS amounts and you can figure it out.
 
it figures, i dont have one! there are measurements on the bottle! how many mgs are in a gram again? 1000 mg=1 gram
 
Try a tablespoon(TBS), it equals three teaspoons(TSP).
Maybe this will help you out:

EQUIVALENT MEASUREMENTS

1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons
1 cup = 16 tablespoon = 8 ounces
1/4 cup = 4 tablespoons
1/3 cup = 5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon
1 pint = 2 cups = 16 ounces
1 quart = 4 cups (2 pints) = 32 ounces
1 pound = 16 ounces
1/2 pound = 8 ounces
1/4 pound = 4 ounces
