I just ordered the 00 caps and some bulk powerfull. How many milligrams will fit into the 00 caps and how many milligrams will fit into the 000 caps?

Depending on the powder, the "00" caps can hold between 546 - 1092 mg.

I have powerfull and cee. is there a way to figure it out like with a chart or something or do u just have to weigh it out and figure it out that way? i've never capped anything before and i just bought the deluxe kit. i ordered it like an hr ago and it already shipped...thats why i only shop at nutraplanet.

I just capped some and with enough tamping I got around 800mg to fit. Its a weird powder not fluffy but flows too easily. The 1st few tamps expect a lot of the powder to go out of the caps.
