I've actually read studies about melatonin taken preworkout increaseing GH, I think. I think there are a number of supplements that do increase GH, but not to a degree that effects body composition.

I can't see how taking melatonin preworkout could be a good idea. Melatonin is the chemical that signals you to become tired when it gets dark out. Maybe you are thinking of GABA?
Melatonin is also a powerfull antioxident. And I've read that it can be given to dogs for hair loss. I don't know much about the hair loss thing I just read about it on a boxer message board.

Take 3mg melatonin, 500mg valerian, 50mg b6, and a low dose nicotine patch before sleep for some psychedelic nocturnal adventures.

I actually sleep worse when I take Melatonin. I wake up several times during the night and have trouble falling back asleep. I don't have that problem normally, only when I take the supplement.

I can take it 2-3 times a week max, but I cycle it in when the other things aren't working.

3mg of melatonin with 1.2g of gaba works great for me.
For me when I add something, for the first couple nights I stuggle to get good sleep but once I have a week under my belt I sleep like a baby.

The ones I take are only 300mcg. 1 helps, 2 really helps. I try not to take it very often though. If I do, I start to gain tolerance pretty fast.
