Very early this morning, I took 6 pills on an empty stomach with my black strong coffee.

No stomach discomfort today at all, which is always a nice thing when trying something new :)

The ONLY effect I've felt so far today is that I'm a bit more chatty than normal.

Possible sides: Very, very slight tingling sensation on forehead and around mouth.


Tonight will be a good test. More coffee and 6 more pills. We'll see if my lack of motivation and powers of concentration are up for some freelance software development after a long day of doing the very same thing!
 
It's definitely cheap enough to not give it a second thought for testing.

Hope it works well for you--I can't wait to try it out tonight!

Does anyone know if there's any potential problems if you go to too high of a dose? Anything to watch out for?

How many are we talking?12 a day would be fine.

I took 6 this morning (I seemed to recall you saying that was the upper range of a normal dose).

Would 7 or eight per dosing cause problems (once in morning, once in evening when needed)?
 
I just put in my order as well as the Armeggedon stack...Time for a cut now that I blobbed up over the winter :)
 
The product was designed for upper limit dosing of 6 caps, twice a day...you should be fine.

So then don't go to 7 or 8 caps (I had done 6 this morning and was thinking of doing more than 6 tonight).

2nd Dose Taken

I took 6 more pills with another cup of coffee about an hour ago.

Again, stomach feels fine, no side effects worth talking about--so far no more tingly sensations on my face, but that'd happened probably 2 hours in, so who knows, maybe not related.

And again, not noticing anything as far as concentration and thinking goes.

I'll report back whenever I've got something else to say.
 
Nothing new had happened last night.

Took 6 more this morning. Again, same as previous times.

Just took another 6 this evening.

Wondering if I'm going to end up being a non-responder to this... I'll keep taking them, in case it's slowly building up....
 
Ok, some real subtle stuff seems to be starting for me... this is what I believe I'm beginning to notice after taking 6 caps twice a day:

1. Even when tired, I seem to be able to intelligently discuss ideas, and remember events that are long enough ago that I use to have problems remembering them (when I'm tired, anyways--of course, that's most of the time). When tired, I no longer have to struggle to find the proper word that I want to use in conversations.

2. This one's kind of weird, but here it goes. I'm normally VERY food oriented, and constantly thinking about my next meal/snack. For the last day or two, food simply hasn't been that important to me. I still eat--and eat well, mind you!-- I'm just not obsessing over it like I usually do. As a result, my meals are a lot healthier, the portions eaten not as large, and the snacks simply aren't happening.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Monday's work day goes!

Ok, haven't updated in a few days, but have still be taking the product.

About a day and a half after posting this:

and I'm now at the polar opposite. If it's not nailed down or still alive (for the most part), I'm eating it.

The other effect has diminished to the point where I do not notice it at all anymore.

Since effects have pretty much all disappeared, I've upped dosage to 7 caps, twice a day (14 caps a day).

Still nothing.

I'm pretty sure everything I've seen up to now has been a placebo, and it looks like I'm definitely a non-responder to this.

Which is a HUGE shame, as I could really have used it!

I'll finish out the bottle at 14 caps a day, and if I notice anything at all, I'll update this log. Otherwise I'll let 'er fade away.

Thanks dsade for the opportunity--I'm sure this stuff'll work great for most, as the other reviews seem to be positive!
 
Is this a product that really should be dosed at 12 per day, everyday or more on a need basis? I have just been using it when i feel i'm going to need it, rather than just taking it for the sake of taking it. I think it would be hard to distiguish its effects if your on it 24hrs a day rather than when your feeling down and need the pick me up. Any opinions dsade?
 
Ideally, I think 4-6 caps with caffeine in the morning, and another 3 or so every 5 hours would be the way to go. Take caffeine as needed.
