Ok i'm reading all theses posts wondering what to apply to my situation.

I'm looking to gain strength and lean out just a tiny bit. I have the basic definition to a six pack but need to cut a tiny bit of body fat to see it really well.

What supplements do you recommend. i want to gain sone muscle as well.

Can I tell you over dinner? :)

I would recommend a good creatine (Dicreatine Malate or Gluconate are both effective with little bloating issue.) I would get some BCAAs and some Beta-alanine. Obviously I am biased towards DCP, from both a fatloss and muscle preservation aspect.

As always, a good multi, fish oil, anti-oxidant, probiotic, protein supp...and lots of clean food and cardio.

Sure you flying out here? Although cali does sound nice. I have a good protein and amino acid supp. I take glutamine and my creatine comes by way of my amped powder.

Beta-alanine huh? I'll research that. i'm willing to try it. my trainers say no to the cardio. They tell me lean muscle burns fat but cardio burns muscle..lol

How much is DCP? I take a flaxseed oil supp.

Get new trainers for starters. Cardio does NOT burn muscle, caloric deficit leads to a catabolic state, but it can be avoided with proper nutrients and supplementation. BCAA's are essential to minimize catabolism and DCP is am awesome fat burner.

I do more cardio than most on this board with my MMA training, but I do not lose muscle and I usually see an increase in strength. You just have to pay attention to your macros and listen to your body. If you feel like ass, then add some kcals to your diet and re-evaluate.

So in short - do cardio, use BCAA's/DCP, and pay attention to your diet and your cut will be successful.

Ok since 2 of you recommend the Dcp I placed an order. I'll give it a try. thanks for the advice
