I wanted to publically thank NP for their excellent customer service. FedEx lost a $180 order I purchased from NP. I reported the prob to FedEx and NP, and NP credited my account for the money I lost. So I was able to re-order the stuff I originally ordered, plus with the holiday discount I got some other goodies too for the same total price.

I was a loyal BN customer for years, easily spent several thousand dollars there, but things seemed to go downhill for them recently. I plan to take my business to NP in the future.
