powerfull and nettle without estrogen managment?

I'd like to add nettle to my powerfull, is it a worthwhile addition, and can I take it without RR?

Haven't really heard of any complaints with running Activate w/o an AI. Some have said that gains where actually better w/o then with. I'd say it would be fine, might want to have something on hand just in case though.
