How much is gonna fit in a "00"? I'm thinking of taking this with e-bol, any thoughts? Dosing?
 
Probably around 600mg per cap.
 
Yes...awaiting price on concentrating the material to around a 20% (which should be marginally cost effective).

I also ran across a new source of Turk (totally different plant material) out of Thailand. Awaiting more info.
 
damn so the one i bought a ton of isn't that great? the 2% is what I need to take 2-3g a day correct?
 
3-4 grams would be ideal. The timeframe on the higher percentage material is going to be at LEAST 8 weeks.

This is cheap enough to experiment and see effectiveness.

should this product by taken stand alone or stacked with something else to improve effectiveness? if is should be stacked, what would be a good thing to stack it with?
 
BCAAs during workout and during the night and LOTS of protein.
 
I'm assuming the BCAAs that you find in almost all protein powders will suffice? I'll just up the hell outta my protein powder intake..
 
I am a huge fan of BCAAs during workout...just not the same as whole proteins or whey.

If not full BCAAs, then the Leucine should suffice.

as in make a drink with BCAA powder and take it to the gym with you and drink while your working out?

Well, the Turk is something that not a lot of people have experience with...you all are the first.

By all consideration, the price we are charging should be half again as much, but then it would knock out those people that want to try this out at a DECENT dosage, but are not willing to plop out $40 for a month.

So, to answer your question...it is not quantifiable at this time.
 
one thread you mentioned to take 2-3g another 3-4g.. I've got plenty on the way.. so which should i take? I'm 190lbs.. 3g?
