ok, so i was reading a article in MD about creatine loading. the article said "creatine ingested in combination wth high glycemic carbs substanially increased muscle creatine accumulation compared with the ingestion of creatine alone...there were no creatine non-responders when creatine was ingested with high-glycemic carbs." and ive all ways been a "non-responder". the article said can to take 50g protein 50g of carbs with creatine to get the same effect as taking 100g carbs. my question is, how can i make this work with the ultimate masspump stack? or should i just take the stack pre workout & a protein shake with maltodextrin post workout? what i mix now post workout is 40g whey 1/3 cup non-fat powdered mix 1/2 cup oatmeal 1 banana & maybe 1 tblspn nat. peanut butter. thx
