Does PowerFull make you lethargic? I've been reading posts of people feeling great and others feeling very tired.

You'd be better posting this in the Synergy Muscle sub-forum but...the old formula made me very lethargic, the current formula doesn't make me feel lethargic.

i think its cuz it increases GH

If its an issue for you best way to dose is pre workout and before bed.
