I like taking mine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then around 1 p.m. after lunch...by the time I get home from the gym I am ready and raring to REALLY work out.

So are you dividing the recomemded dosage (on the lable), or are you beyond that. Is it by choice to divide the dosage. I useally take a big shot of CEE with a NO product 1 hr prior to workout. Trying to fit this into my schedule & make it work. Also thinking PCT in the future.

The bulk powders do not have a recommended dosage on the label...but there has been some advice shared on this thread.
I like higher than normal dosages.

Just to clarify, this is a great addition but it is not enough for PCT by any means. You need to add something like ATD or Trione.

Understood, proper post cycle therapy is a given. By no means would I attempt PTC W/O The min. I'm trying to get the amount down for dosing.
