Green Tea Powder

Hm...well, Mike's is supposedly 50% EGCG so there may be some volume differences there if your powder is a lower potency, but it shouldn't make too much difference either way.
Moreover, I always wondered if they were measuring it by tamping down on the powder or if they were just lightly scooping it and leveling it off.
 
Our green tea powder is also 50% EGCG so it should be similar. Will weigh it out and let you know, but as TCO had mentioned it varies upon how you scoop the powder. I pack it and level it off when I measure it, whereas some may not. GT powder is very fine so it can vary substantially. It's always a good idea to invest in a small pocket scale whenever you're dealing with powders.

**** man! I CAN NOT believe that anyone can take this stuff without it being capped. I mean, I have drank some rancid mixes in my time, (CEE most notably) but this stuff is terrible.....But I still love Green Tea, and this stuff seems potent.

1/4 tsp in 8oz of water isn't too bad. I cant inagine anyone putting the powder in their mouth and chasing it down though. The taste isn't particularly bad just too potent/overwhelming.
 
I have to get some water in my mouth, tilt my head back, and throw the GTE on the water and swallow as fast as possible. GTE makes my whole body shudder if I taste it - wicked stuff.
