I like NOW products, but I'm gonna stay skeptical about this one....
maybe the IBE crew can tell us why this isn't gonna be an effective alternative...

Because other than IBE's cell mediated technology there appears to be no other way to get IGF-1 past the gut.

If you read the description though, its sublingual usage, not oral. That said, its an interesting idea, but I have my doubts as well.Originally Posted by Giantz11
What would be interesting IMO maybe, is a IGF formula using NP's Penetrate. Or, a sublingual formula without Antler Velvet using a Hydroxypropyl Beta Cyclodextrin delivery system.
Also, isnt IGF-1 heat sensative? If so, then the IGF-1 in these lozenges could possibly be degraded, right?

its a huge peptide. can't see how it will enter sublingualy or transdermaly.

IBE would beg to differ, I'm guessing...Originally Posted by judge-mental

Ryan, did you ever try this stuff out? just curious of the results, thanks man

I have already ran across this and seriously it is total BS. Lets set aside from the technology being controlversal, I mean...people scrutinize IBE left and right. This NOW stuff won't work even if the technology worked because of the dosage. The dosage is so damn minimal that it would be ineffective.

yeah why the **** is this is nano grams???Originally Posted by Rage (SoCal)

Only because its bull****.
People will buy it on Hype alone. Funny thing is that this technology shouldn't be public yet but yet NOW and IBE have liscensing rights....crazy stuff.

i dont even see how you could effectively cap such a small amount, do they have bacteria on payroll to put that **** in for them. thats rediculous

I'm kinda surprised NOW went this route. Normally they sell good stuff.

Maybe it's of some value for elderly people..assuming any IGF gets absorbed. Or perhaps they are testing the waters for a line of products like this.
