Amount per penetrate squirt

Going to mix up a transdermal with penetrate so I did a search and found people referring to 1ml per squirt. NP's website says .5ml per squirt. Wondering which one is correct. Any help would be appreciated.

Just to make things easier on yourself I would get an oral syringe from a pharmacy and dose it with that so you can be sure that you're getting an accurate measurement.
