And my order is still pending. Is this the case for everyone because of the 4th or is this an individual problem?

It may be because you have an ErgoMax on the order, in which case all the presales are still in pending and will begin processing once it arrives (which should be this Thursday or Friday). If you did not order the ErgoMax email me your first and last name on the account you ordered on and I'll look into the matter for you.
